Vigil is chilling on his day off at a fast food restaurant, finally getting his fill of junk food, when suddenly, he hears the shutter of a camera from a phone. When he turns around, Dr. Hana is there, smiling, a phone in hand.

"Fancy meeting you here, Vigil. Or should I say, Leon?"

Vigil's jaw drops, the sheer shock almost causes him to drop his drink. "S-Since when are you there...?!"

"For a while now. You seem like you're having such a good time savoring your meal, I didn't have the heart to disturb you."

"Did you take a photo of me...?" His face pales.

"I did! You looked so cute, I couldn't resist!"

Lies, Vigil thinks. Even if she thinks he is cute, that can't be the only reason. Knowing her, that is definitely a blackmail material. She can threaten to send it to Penance to make him do her bidding or just to see him suffer as she laughs on the sidelines. That's just the kind of person she is.

He hangs his head, cursing his carelessness. It might be his day off, but he let his guard down too much, for her to even slip undetected (her sneaking abilities not withstanding). Was it because he never thought someone like Dr. Hana would go to a fast food restaurant? Everything but the words out of her mouth exudes a high-class, elegant aura. Even now, she seems out of place here.

"What are you going to do with that photo?"

"What do you think I'll do?" She winks.

Vigil heaves a sigh, admitting defeat. "Nothing good, for sure."

Only then, he notices she is alone and finds it weird. Before this, he only found her going outside in her day off with someone else, usually a date. So she goes out alone too sometimes, huh.

Soon after, Dr. Hana is going to leave, apologizing for disturbing his alone time, but without thinking, Vigil stops her.

With his face red, he says, "It's not a bother. If you're free, and if you want it...we can hang out today."

And so, they have an impromptu date, starting with the junk food restaurant. Not exactly the best place for a date, but Dr. Hana is all smile as usual.

"I don't go to places like this often, so this is exciting."

So Vigil was right. "Why did you come here, then?"

"Actually, I saw you through the windows and thought I should greet you. That's all."

Greet or get blackmail material to tease me? He glares at her, doubtful. The message is conveyed, but her smile is unwavering, as though she is completely innocent.

"There's nothing special here."

"Oh, but you are here. That alone is enough to make it special."

Vigil is left speechless. He can't believe this silver-tongued player sometimes...and at himself for being happy over it anyway.
