Based on this tweet. It's SilverAsh's old intro, saying:
Please bear with me as I try to form words and describe the relation between this and my silverdoc's universe (or at least, one of the universes).
I'm still building this part so it might change in the future, but, as I stated previously, my silverdoc - Enciodas Silverash and Hana - are "childhood friends". They know each other from middle school, so they have quite a long history together. I don't know if Enciodas went all alone to Victoria or not (I kinda doubt it) but either way, I believe he'll still be "alone" and depressed still over his parents' deaths, even if he doesn't show it. Victoria is an entirely different place than Kjerag, so he must have had culture shock there and here when he first arrived.
Adapting and adjusting life there isn't easy, especially for a young kid who is almost all alone. There are many things unknown and confusing to him. To survive, he started to build his "strong" facade here (that may or may not be carried until he's an adult). Many things happened to him as he's adjusting to his new life in Victoria. For now, the details are still vague, so I can't say much about it yet.
So where does the twins (Hana and Hagi) come in? Well, they're pretty much his very first true "friends" in Victoria. Even if it took time for them to come together, especially because of his rivalry with Hana. But that rivalry also gave birth to colors in his new life, new motivation, new meanings, and even new fun adventures...that may or may not revert him back to his real young age at times.
I also haven't made the details of this part yet (I'm sorry), but, one day, something happened to Enciodas. He fell down real hard. The twins pulled him to stand back up. That's when he viewed them as his true friends and looked up to them, and even kinda think of them as his "saviors", in a way.
What does all of this backstory have anything to do with the quoted tweet of SilverAsh's old intro? Well...
The twins taught him to not give up. So when many years later, Cliffheart gets infected, he searches for treatment relentlessly without giving up, all for his dear sister, one of the very last family members he has left. Yes, the magnitude of the two incidents (or three with his parents' deaths) are different, but the "seed" planted in him by the twins undoubtedly made it possible for him to see through the hopeless situation.
There are times when he feels like crying and give it all up, but at the end, he persists, and it all paid off with Rhodes Island...and it just so happens that the "savior" this time is the same as before - the twins, as they're the founder of Rhodes Island and doctors there. He refuses to admit it out loud, but somewhere in his heart, his gratefulness to them doubles (or even triples, or maybe more) because of that. The true cure for Oripathy is still non-existent, but at least they can slow down the progress and is seeking the cure. Hope is there. "Giving up" doesn't exist in their books.
Perhaps, in a way, the current Enciodas Silverash won't exist without them, supporting him when he needs it the most. He doesn't know how he can repay all of this and he refuses to admit it out loud (for now), but he wants to do something for them, for all the things they've done, even if they don't want it (they see it as nothing big).
Perhaps this is one of the factors for his collaboration with Rhodes Island...? And perhaps his desire to "save" Dr. Hana is because of this, too, other than because [other reasons that I'll elaborate more in the future including, obviously, his romantic feelings towards her]...maybe, just maybe.

Kjerag's medical techniques were unable to stop the progress of her infection, causing SA to feel helpless for the first time. But he never gave up hope, instead unceasingly searching for any possibility to treat his sister, until the appearance of Rhodes Island...
